Richard graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2013 with his Medical Rehabilitation degree in Physiotherapy.
He developed an interest in the profession while volunteering in the rehab department at the Misericordia Hospital.
Richard has an interest in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries using manual therapy and acupuncture. He is also a firm believer in active-based treatment, always providing his clients with home exercises to help with pain control, healing, and strengthening.
Richard continues to sharpen his skills having taken courses in acupuncture, orthopedics, the McKenzie Method, and work reconditioning. He plans on further pursuing the orthopedic levels and courses in dry needling.
In his free time Richard enjoys camping and fishing when the weather permits and he also participates in recreational basketball and soccer.
